Background

With an educational background in Criminal Justice and Social Work, Belinda is also a committed member of the National Association of Social Workers. Belinda has 5 years of experience in a variety of settings such as, child welfare, crisis counseling, adoption services and school settings. Belinda works with a variety of clients, including adolescents, young adults and women suffering from domestic violence and sexual assault. Belinda uses trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, parent-child psychotherapy, while also incorporating meditative practices, relaxation techniques and similar strategies.
